Regularly drinking more than 14 units of alcohol a week risks damaging your health. 14 units are equivalent to 6 pints of average-strength beer or 10 small glasses of low-strength wine.

GET has a zero-tolerance alcohol policy.

It is important that you know where the limit is when it comes to drinking alcohol. If you’re a learner and you feel you are struggling with your alcohol intake please do get in touch with us using the button below.

GET your Zzz's

Recent scientific studies show that a lack of sleep causes many significant changes in the body and increases your risk of serious health concerns such as obesity, disease and even early death. Sleep is an important function for many reasons. When you sleep, your brain signals your body to release hormones and compounds that help:

  • Decrease risk of health conditions
  • Manage your hunger levels
  • Maintain immune system
  • Retain memory

You can’t catch or make up lost sleep. In fact, consistently sleeping more than 6-8 hours a night can negatively impact your health.
