This year’s recruitment event was again very popular and we received some fantastic positive feedback about the very friendly staff, the facilities we have to offer and how our apprentices are excellent young people.

There were 240 visitors on the evening that came to meet prospective employers and to learn about the apprenticeship programme on offer. We had 12 employers advertising their vacancies and we would like to thank everyone who gave up their time to attend the event.

There were visitors from 24 different schools, in the main coming from Chosen Hill, St Peters and Tewkesbury but also some schools slightly out of range such as Lakers and Winchcombe.


We asked visitors to state where they had heard about the GET recruitment event. The top three most beneficial marketing activities were through School the Radio and Website/Internet/ Facebook/Email.
